110mm Ring Seal Soil System BS 4514 FloPlast 110mm Ring Seal Soil System is Manufactured in PVC-U (unplasticised polyvinyl chloride) to BS 4514.

• Soil Socket Detail
• FloPlast Socketed Soil Pipe incorporates the latest blown end technology. The easy fit rubber seal is held in place via a circular plastic insert allowing for retention of the seal in transit and a perfect connection for jointing.
• All Push-Fit soil fittings have a captive seal and snap cap which are designed to be user-friendly - no sharp edges, and with space restrictions in mind, allow for an easy fit connection. The seal is double ribbed, and the sockets incorporate a recessed area to provide space for the rubber seal to locate as the pipe is inserted, forming a high-capacity pressure joint.

ABS Waste System BS 5255

• Light in weight, yet a strong and cost effective option, the FloPlast ABS Solvent Weld System is available in 32mm, 40mm and 50mm sizes with an extensive range of fittings to meet the majority of installation requirements.
• Use SC125/SC250 Solvent Cement, manufactured to BS 6209, for jointing products.

Waste Traps BS 3943

Traps to BS 3943 are manufactured in white high temperature polypropylene with compression type outlets that fit plastic waste pipes to BS 5254 and BS 5255, copper waste pipes to BS 659 and BS 2871 32mm/1¼" and 40mm/1½".

Underground Drainage Pipes

The FloPlast 110mm Underground Drainage System complies where applicable with the requirements of the following British Standards.

BS EN 1401: Part 1, this has replaced BS 4660 for pipes.

A revised version of BS 4660 is expected covering only access fittings and gullies. Drainage Pipe is Kite marked to BS EN 1401: 1998/BS 4660: 1989, and manufactured under the BS EN ISO 9002 system of supervision, control and testing undertaken during the products time of manufacture.
